Martin Communications is proud to announce the launch of the new website for Windjam Companies, Turkey Creek. Turkey Creek is a picturesque, upcoming new home neighborhood in Chatham County designed by award-winning developer, Windjam Development Company.

We were tasked with creating a website that educates private, regional, or national builders on the overall land development plan for the 400 acres that make up Turkey Creek. The website acts as a portal for easy access to online documents that help decision makers understand zoning, land use, demographics, transportation, utilities, and conservation that make up the entire community. The website clearly details the devotion of Windjam Development to keep conservation areas a priority and introduce green building practices into the community.

Our goal was to tell the story of the undeveloped piece of land and its potential to become a large-scale vibrant mixed-use community. With a nod to nature, we intentionally designed the website to visually show the natural beauty of the land.

Turkey Creek's gentle topography intertwines a small stream called Turkey Creek, which stretches throughout the property beneath hardwoods, pines, and blue skies. Lush meadows and forests are alive with native turkeys, white-tailed deer, Eastern cottontail rabbits, and a variety of songbirds for residents to enjoy.

Turkey Creek is conveniently located in the heart of Chatham County to take advantage of the explosive growth on the west side of the Triangle. Location of the site is an important part of the overall appeal, so we incorporated key location markers, local photography, and facts and statistics about amenities and conveniences nearby to Turkey Creek.

Turkey Creek is a master land plan located in Chatham County, just southwest of Pittsboro, North Carolina. We welcome you to explore the new site.
